A "dream team" of 25 young leaders is selected annually to guide the program’s direction, ensuring decisions reflect the needs and ideas of the next generation. Adults serve as mentors, listening and guiding without taking the reins. This unique approach fosters creativity, responsibility, and success from a fresh perspective.
